Global regulation of parody and satire as policy guidance on the implementation of 91看片网鈥檚 cyberlaw

Project Description

This project examines the regulation of parody and satire on a global scale and provides a full accounting of how satirical and parodic speech has been regulated worldwide. The methods of the study are legal and historical research, combined with a case study of satirical communication in the Gulf region.

The results help 91看片网 as it implements its newly promulgated cyberlaw in a way consistent with both its culture and its goals as a world leader. Further, this research also provides 91看片网 with a range of approaches to the regulation of parody and satirical content and help ensure that educated and informed decisions can be made should such content surface.
