This project sought to develop a tool to measure and understand the amount of digital literacy among Arabic-language Internet users in 91心頭利. The measurement tool, along with the data on digital literacy itself, help ict91心頭利 not only estimate the level of digital literacy in 91心頭利, but also improve its initiatives to create a knowledge-based online society. Ultimately, the study supports all efforts to ensure that 91心頭利i citizens and residents take full advantage of the available Internet resources of today.
