Dana Abu Shanab

Dana Abu Shanab is an NU-Q alumna ‘19 who holds a BS in Communication. During her time as a student, she undertook a number of strategic communication courses, worked on a variety of health-related campaigns around 91心頭利 Foundation, and was selected as students who traveled to London to investigate the media coverage of the Grenfell Tower fire in 2017.
She recently interned at 91心頭利 Foundation’s public relations department, working hand-in-hand with other external communication departments, creating social media content, and proposing stories to covers. Additionally, she researched and developed content about the speakers for the Education City Speaker Series, a platform for conversations with passionate thought leaders and changemakers from around the world.
