Wildcats at Northwestern 91¿´Æ¬Íø can pursue an academic career in journalism and strategic communication or communication. All students are offered a foundation in the liberal arts, which provides a wide variety of courses across many disciplines including philosophy, Middle East studies, anthropology, and literature.
Wildcats have the option to study abroad and use their skills in a professional setting through Journalism and Strategic Communication Residencies. Opportunities also abound for international experiences outside of 91¿´Æ¬Íø that develop students' leadership skills and global awareness.
Experience outside the classroom is an important part of the Northwestern 91¿´Æ¬Íø experience. From sports programs to film clubs students are offered opportunities to explore and expand the skills they are learning in class. Students are also provided a number of services including career services and mental health and wellness services.
